We’re excited to announce our first keynote for ContentEd 2018. Sarah Richards, former Head of Content Design for the UK Government Digital Service, will share her extensive knowledge and advice on designing effective, audience-centred content practices.
Sarah has a wealth of content strategy experience, having spent 10 years working in digital government. In her former role as Head of Content Design for the UK Government Digital Service, she created and developed content design as a discipline for the GOV.UK.
Now running her own consultancy, the Content Design Centre, Sarah trains and consults on content strategy and content design for organisations and governments around the world.
Sarah has shared her passion for content at numerous events across the globe, including Confab, Agile Content Conf, Content Marketing and Web Editing Conference and Technical Communication UK. We look forward to Sarah adding her knowledge and expertise to the ContentEd 2018 line-up and we will share more about her keynote session shortly.
