Robert Mills

Head of Content

Robert is Head of Content for GatherContent, the Content Operations Platform. He develops, implements, measures, and refines their content strategy, works with the product team on UX, conducts customer research projects, is editor in chief of the GatherContent blog, creator of their content style guide and leads on all of their community and educational resources. He is a journalism graduate, ex-BBC audience researcher, published author and former studio and project manager.

Robert has written for leading web publications Net Mag, 24 Ways, Smashing Magazine, WebTuts, Content Marketing Institute and UX Booth.
