Charlotte has been a digital strategist and SEO veteran since 2005, working with brands big and small to create marketing strategies that are both data-driven and brand-led. Before founding Cameo, she was Digital Director at one of the North East’s largest digital marketing agencies, leading a team of 30+ marketers and shaping overall business growth.

With a career journey that began in entry-level web and digital roles, Charlotte rose to the role of Digital Director at one of the North East’s largest digital marketing agencies, where she successfully led a team of over 30 marketing professionals and played a key role in overall business strategy, service development, proposition and expansion.
In 2016, fuelled by a vision to revolutionise the traditional agency model, Charlotte founded Cameo Digital, a collective designed to give companies access to some of the best senior marketing talent in the market.
Strategy is Charlotte’s second language and she has helped countless clients refine their overall marketing and digital approaches, including Kerv, AMP Clean Energy and MRI Software.
