Participants will explore four proven prioritisation techniques—Dot Voting, MoSCoW, RICE, and the 5 Whys—through discussion and hands-on exercises. By the end of the session, attendees will be equipped with practical tools to prioritise collaboratively, focus on delivering high-value content and navigate conflicting priorities with confidence.

About Rob:
Robert Mills is the founder of Fourth Wall Content, working with clients on content strategy, content design and content operations. He has worked with Marie Curie, the RAF, Natural Resources Wales, Social Care Wales, Brain Traffic and NHS England. He is also a course grader and student coach for UX Content Collective.
Rob is a journalism graduate and has previously worked as Head of Content for a Saas company, Studio Manager and Head of Content for a design agency and as an Audience Research Executive for the BBC.
He’s an experienced copywriter and editor, published author and speaks about content strategy at leading industry events or on podcasts.
