But what’s the ROI of generative AI? - with Jonny Bliss

In 2024 the student recruitment marketing team at the University of Southampton led an AI project to test the potential and impact of generative AI content across a range of content types.

They explored whether it generated efficiencies in content generation and measured how it performed against human-generated content. In this session we’ll learn about how the team measured and evaluated the ROI and effectiveness of the approach, and what decisions it led to.

This project won a Gold HEIST award for Best use of data, insight or marketing research.
